  • Collaborate with internal auditors for smooth and efficient audit processes.
  • Review and optimize internal accounting processes to improve efficiency levels.
  • Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with local and federal tax laws.
  • Monitor financial performance by analyzing and generating financial reports monthly.
  • Liaise with external parties such as banks, auditors, and stakeholders effectively.
  • Assist in budget preparation and forecast financial planning quarterly.
  • Provide financial insights to assist with strategic decision-making processes.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is necessary.
  • Proven experience as an accountant or relevant financial position required.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures is essential.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory.
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail are crucial.
  • Experience with corporate tax and compliance is preferred for this role.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks within deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to interact efficiently with various departments.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is an added advantage.
