Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closings ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support strategic financial planning.
• Perform reconciliations of bank and general ledger accounts to maintain financial accuracy.
• Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and document financial procedures.
• Provide financial analysis and reports to support management decision-making.
• Adhere to internal controls to ensure asset protection and cashflow accuracy.
• Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and taxation rules.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• Proven experience of at least three years in an accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
