We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for management.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and accounting standards.
• Analyze financial discrepancies and resolve discrepancies by collecting accurate data.
• Maintain and update accurate records of business transactions and ledger accounts.
• Review financial processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes to optimize financial planning.
• Monitor daily cash flow, and prepare cash flow forecasts and analysis.
• Collaborate with external auditors and prepare documentation for audits.
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices and compliance with payment terms.
• Supervise and guide junior accounting staff and provide training as necessary.
• Prepare tax returns and ensure timely filing and compliance with tax laws.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience in relevant industries.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle is essential.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on quality.
