Summary

As a Senior Account Manager (Airline Solutions), you will play a pivotal role to manage the relationship with your Airline Customers through regular cadences including Quarterly Business Reviews at a C-Suite or leadership level. Using your extensive knowledge in the airline domain and technology industry, you are expected to become a trusted partner of the airline. This will allow you to identify opportunities to extend the usage of the platform and drive value to both airlines and TPC.

In your day to day activities, you will use available data insights to identify issues, opportunities and trends. You will also support various teams to manage their interactions with the airline in relation to the commercial engagement in place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the contractual relationship with airline customers and maximize the value of this relationship over extended period of time
  • Bridge between airline customer and internal teams for escalations, issues or concerns
  • Responsible for the governance of the account and ensure key stakeholder engagements for the success and growth of the commercial relationship
  • Manage a regular cadence of communications and meetings (virtual and face-to-face) with your airline customers
  • Define together with the airline customers the KPI to evaluate the performance of the relationship and provide the supporting data insights and trends. The data insights may be business and technical nature.
  • Assist the product teams by driving the adoption of available features and modules to add value to the airline customers and foster TPC revenue growth
  • Assist support teams in the discussion of operational issues and manage escalations in a manner that builds trust in the airline relations



Skills and competencies

  • Deep understanding in the Airline Industry and Technology ecosystem with proven understanding of Offer & Order management, PSS, GDS and NDC distribution domains
  • Having more than 10 years’ experience in managing accounts for Airlines or Technology companies
  • Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to operate and converse from c-suite level down to managing effective communication between airline and TPC teams
  • Ability to converse with a business / commercial lens as well as a technical lens.
  • Ability to manage escalations and resolve conflicts
  • Revenue driven
  • Self-organizing, proactive, motivated and passionate about owning relationships with the aim to maximize value for the customer and TPC
