Job Description

The Account Management Executive is a vital position responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Executive, or related position.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills required.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
