Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong and lasting relationships with Arabic-speaking clients.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of client proposals.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the existing client portfolio.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Monitor client account activity to ensure consistent service and satisfaction.
  • Resolve client issues and disputes in a timely and effective manner.
  • Keep updated records of client communications and transactions.
  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update clients on service offerings.
  • Provide feedback to management for process improvements and client retention strategies.
  • Support the account management team in administrative tasks and client follow-ups.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform client strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and industry regulations.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic, both spoken and written, is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in account management or customer service is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is expected.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards challenges.
