Responsibilities

• Order and maintain inventory of parts and equipment necessary for repairs and installations.
• Advise customers on energy-efficient air conditioning options to reduce costs.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Assist in training junior technicians and providing guidance as needed.
• Ensure all work areas are left clean and orderly upon completion of jobs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an AC Technician or similar role in the HVAC industry.
• Relevant certification or diploma in HVAC or a related technical field.
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Outstanding customer service skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record for transportation to job sites.
