Job Description

The Sales Coordinator is a pivotal role within our sales department, acting as the crucial link between our sales team and the customer. This position involves a mix of administrative and support activities, primarily focused on ensuring that the sales operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales activities and schedules to ensure seamless operations within the department.
  • Act as a communication bridge between the sales team and potential clients or customers.
  • Prepare and manage sales-related documents, including contracts, invoices, and reports.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks including order processing and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update customer databases to ensure data accuracy and availability.
  • Coordinate and facilitate sales meetings and presentations with clients and stakeholders.
  • Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to sales activities.
  • Identify potential sales leads from various sources and provide timely feedback to the team.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • At least two years of experience in a sales support or coordination role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to support the sales team.
