We are currently recruiting a Technical Consultant to join our amazing team in a flexible and modern style work environment. We are a managed services provider that takes the upmost pride in our level of high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Escalation point for our help desk staff
- Ensure SLAs are adhered to
- Be available as a point of contact for our clients
- Troubleshooting network connectivity issues including wireless
- Troubleshooting server, storage and access-based issues
- Consulting clients for technical solutions and innovations
- Network, systems design, solid understanding of subnetting and VLANs
- Windows and Linux Servers, Switches and Firewalls, Active Directory Domain Services, Microsoft 365, Storage and Backup technologies
- Group policy and DNS management
- Experience with both Windows and MacOS client operating systems
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years in similar roles
- CCNA/CCNP, MCSA, Azure certifications etc. or relevant experience
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking
- English fluency
