Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to meet business growth objectives.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and marketing teams to achieve individual and collective targets.
Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and innovative channels to expand the company’s reach.
Oversee brand positioning, digital marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to increase visibility.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to guide strategic decisions.
Prepare and present performance reports to senior management with actionable recommendations.
Ensure all activities align with company values of transparency, trust, and client-first service.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 7–10 years of proven experience in sales and marketing leadership, preferably in Dubai real estate.
Strong knowledge of the UAE property market, including off-plan and luxury segments.
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to design and execute growth-driven strategies.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and sales management systems.
Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
