Sales and Marketing Director

SeekBeyond Realty is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Director to lead our business growth in Dubai’s competitive real estate market. The ideal candidate will drive sales performance, create innovative marketing strategies, and manage a high-performing team to achieve ambitious revenue goals. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate landscape, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and marketing management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to meet business growth objectives.

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and marketing teams to achieve individual and collective targets.

• Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and innovative channels to expand the company’s reach.

• Oversee brand positioning, digital marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to increase visibility.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to guide strategic decisions.

• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management with actionable recommendations.

• Ensure all activities align with company values of transparency, trust, and client-first service.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

• Minimum 7–10 years of proven experience in sales and marketing leadership, preferably in Dubai real estate.

• Strong knowledge of the UAE property market, including off-plan and luxury segments.

• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to design and execute growth-driven strategies.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and sales management systems.

• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
