Recreation Supervisor

As a Recreation Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily operations of recreational facilities and activities. Your role involves ensuring guest satisfaction, managing the recreation team, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable recreational environment.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the recreation team, including lifeguards and recreation attendants.
• Coordinate and oversee the setup and operation of recreational activities and events.
• Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and safety of recreational areas and equipment.
• Assist guests with equipment rentals and provide guidance on facility usage.
• Monitor the use of recreational equipment and report any issues or damage.
• Provide information to guests about available activities, schedules, and amenities.
• Maintain accurate records of guest participation and activity schedules.
• Collaborate with the Recreation Manager / Assistant Recreation Manager to promote recreational programs and events.
• Enforce safety rules and regulations in recreational areas to ensure guests’ well-being.
• Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests related to recreational services.
• Assist in the set-up and cleanup of recreational events and activities.
• Participate in maintaining safety and security measures in recreational facilities.
• Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of guests and colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
