Shubh Aarambh Real Estate LLC is a growing real estate brokerage in Dubai, specializing exclusively in off-plan property sales and investor-focused advisory. We work closely with leading UAE developers and provide our brokers with strong backend and marketing support.

Job Responsibilities

  • Sell off-plan residential and investment properties across Dubai

  • Handle buyer and investor inquiries related to new project launches

  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits

  • Coordinate with developers and internal teams for bookings and closures

  • Maintain accurate client follow-ups and deal records

  • Stay updated on new off-plan launches, pricing, and payment plans

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate experience (off-plan sales preferred)

  • Proven experience in off-plan sales or developer sales

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment

  • Immediate joiners preferred
