MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Engineer

We’re Hiring | MEP Engineer
Folourgo Construction L.L.C. is seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to join our team in Dubai.

📍 Location: Dubai, UAE

🎓 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• 5 - 7 years’ experience in MEP
• Experience in Luxury Villas, Hotels, High-rise & Commercial projects
• Expertise in HVAC, Plumbing & Firefighting systems
• Knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, SMACNA & local codes
• PMP / LEED / MEP certifications are a plus

🛠 Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the design, scope, and specifications for assigned MEP projects.
• Oversee project planning, and execution across multiple construction sites.
• Review technical drawings and ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment at all stages.
• Supervise the deployment of labour and site supervisors across simultaneous projects.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to materials, approvals, and contractor performance.
• Use AutoCAD for design markups, project schematics, and as-built documentation.
• Monitor project costs, risks, and performance; raise early warnings for delays or cost overruns.
• Interpret contracts and technical clauses; support the legal and commercial team on compliance.
• Ensure health & safety standards are enforced at every site and stage of the project.
• Lead mechanical MEP execution
• Review designs, shop drawings & submittals
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
• Supervise QA/QC, commissioning & handover

DM approval will be a mandatory requirement.. 


💻 Software: AutoCAD, HAP, Duct/Pipe Sizer, MS Office
(Revit MEP, Primavera P6, MS Project – advantage)
