Car Rental Agent

Job Description

We are looking for a female Car Rental Agent to join our car rental office in the UAE. No previous experience is required. Full training will be provided.

The role involves dealing with customers, preparing rental contracts, handling vehicle check-in and check-out, and completing all procedures related to car rentals.

Responsibilities

• Deal with customers professionally and provide excellent customer service.
• Explain rental terms, prices, deposits, and requirements to customers.
• Prepare and process car rental contracts and related documents.
• Handle vehicle check-in and check-out procedures.
• Manage bookings, rental extensions, vehicle returns, and payments.
• Follow up on traffic fines, Salik, and other rental-related charges.
• Handle required procedures through UAE Police, traffic, and other relevant government systems.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
• Respond to customers through phone, WhatsApp, and in person.
• Coordinate with the team regarding vehicle availability and daily rental operations.
• Follow company procedures and ensure all rental transactions are completed correctly.

Candidate Requirements

• No previous experience required – full training will be provided.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to deal with customers professionally and politely.
• Organized, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• UAE driving license is preferred but not required.
• Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred.
