Strong creative thinker with the ability to lead the creative process and develop intelligent, thoughtful and considered design. Good understanding of the construction process, working with consultant teams and leading your design team through concept and developed design processes. Ability to communicate design ideas visually and verbally within the studio and externally, have excellent English language skills both written and verbal. Ability to work on ID Strategies.Ability to provide alternative solutions to match with the site & business requirements.Responsibilities:Strong leader with experience of managing senior/lead, middleweight and junior designers.Working closely with ID Technical Manager and technicians.Great organizational skills, grasp of detail and the ability to think ahead, program workflow and manage your team while helping them grow.Develop strong professional relationships with internal and external teams.Manage the preparation of the material and FF&E overall concept direction and vision for the ID projects in accordance to the Brand Standards/Guidelines.Sourcing products, fittings, obtaining costs and coordinating budgets.Surveying the project where required to be able to layout the space.Supervising quality at the design and delivery stage and on-site when required for the project.Oversee the architectural design and construction efforts.Work with architects/engineers to coordinate design details with construction plans.Manage materials and costs to ensure that projects stay within budget guidelines.Providing guidance to the ID team and the outside disciplines on the materiality/FF&E strategy.Assisting in reviewing, commenting and finalizing physical samples at every stage of the project.Collaboration and coordination with other disciplines as required per each design stage.Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Functional Pre-Requisites Skills:Behavioral Competencies:Educational QualificationsBS in Design, Interior Design orArchitecture is preferredExcellent interpersonal communicationProblem-solving and delegation skillsTime managementMethodicalEfficient planningAge:ExperienceMin: 10 YearsMax: 20 YearsIndustries Acceptable From:Interior Design for Residential,Hospitality, F&B, Retail, PublicSpaces, mixed use and commercialRole Specific Qualifications & TrainingXLanguages Required:English
