IT Specialist

We're looking for a proactive and people-friendly IT Specialist to join our team in Dubai. You'll work closely with departments across the company, helping users resolve hardware, software and network issues with clarity and confidence. It's a hands-on role that requires strong troubleshooting skills, great communication and a calm approach to solving problems as they come up.

What You'll Be Doing

• Acting as the first point of contact for technical queries, both in person and online
• Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and basic network issues
• Installing and configuring systems, software and devices
• Providing clear, step-by-step help for users who need support
• Logging and tracking issues, escalating where necessary
• Handling onboarding and offboarding processes for new joiners and leavers
• Managing access rights and system set-up across departments
• Maintaining records of all IT assets and their current status
• Ensuring adherence to company policies around data protection and device security

What You'll Need

• At least 2 years of experience in an IT support or service desk role
• A degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification
• Certifications in Microsoft or Cisco systems are a bonus
• Knowledge of PCs, laptops, Microsoft 365, SharePoint and VoIP
• Confidence managing LAN, VPN, PABX and basic network security
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Clear written and spoken English
• A methodical, helpful and user-first approach
