As a Housekeeper Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction at our facility. Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff on a daily basis.

  • Train new housekeeping staff members and provide ongoing training sessions.
  • Address and resolve any housekeeping-related queries or concerns from guests.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of cleaning processes and procedures.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure proper stock levels.
  • Prepare work schedules that optimize staffing and efficient operations.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff members.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service delivery.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions for implementation.
  • Handle housekeeping-related emergencies, such as spills or equipment failures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a housekeeping supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest interactions.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques and housekeeping equipment handling.
  • Attention to detail to identify and resolve cleanliness issues efficiently.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality management are a plus.
