Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales & Events professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving private dining and event sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of all functions from inquiry to completion. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver memorable guest experiences that reflect our brand’s standards of excellence.
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and partners to generate new business opportunities.
Manage the end-to-end event process, including inquiries, proposals, contracts, deposits, and post-event follow-up.
Plan and coordinate private dining, corporate gatherings, social celebrations, and special events within the venue.
Collaborate closely with the operations, culinary, and marketing teams to ensure flawless event execution.
Conduct site visits, tastings, and client meetings to promote event spaces and tailor experiences to client needs.
Prepare event function sheets, floor plans, and ensure all departments are briefed on event details.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the venue.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Support in creating promotional materials, sales campaigns, and event packages.
Represent the brand at networking functions, trade shows, and community events.
This role focuses on driving revenue, increasing footfall, and attracting new guests through strategic sales initiatives, partnerships, and exceptional event execution
