Summary

Day to Day Tasks

  • Oversee the operation of the development team strategically, providing leadership and direction throughout the entire development lifecycle.
  • Spearhead the feasibility study process for all upcoming BEYOND projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and securing necessary approvals.
  • Evaluate and refine research and analysis presented by the team, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and comprehensive information is provided.
  • Define and set strategic technological requirements for projects, focusing on innovative construction methods and smart home features.
  • Develop high-level cost and revenue projection reports by analyzing pricing strategies and revenue streams for ultra-luxury projects.
  • Review resource allocation based on approved project plans to ensure timely achievement of milestones while upholding BEYOND’s quality standards.
  • Approve operational processes and workflows for project execution across design, marketing, and sales stages to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Proactively identify and assess potential risks, such as market fluctuations or construction delays, and formulate strategic mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee cost control measures during construction phases, ensuring adherence to budgets while strategically identifying opportunities for cost efficiencies.
  • Manage project programs and budgets at a strategic level, ensuring alignment with BEYOND’s objectives.
  • Consistently evaluate and maintain the current database of cost consultants to ensure a robust and reliable network.
  • Lead the selection and appointment of consultants, ensuring their alignment with BEYOND’s standards and overall project budgets.
  • Develop and present comprehensive business plans to senior management, securing necessary approvals for strategic initiatives.
  • Review and deliver status reports on project alignment with strategic objectives, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Review and assess changes to project scope and budget, providing updates to senior management while highlighting concerns or potential risks.
  • Manage high-level communication with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, addressing unresolved issues proactively.
  • Assist in resolving outstanding issues raised by team members when required.
  • Ensure strategic oversight of health and safety compliance for all project activities through regular inspections and assessments.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety plans, ensuring all team members are informed and adhere to necessary protocols.
  • Offer technical support and ongoing guidance to Development team members, fostering their growth and experience.

Competencies

Minimum Required Education : Bachelor Degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Real Estate Evaluation.

Average Years of Experience : 10 - 15 Years of Experience in Similar role

Soft Skills : Communication, Team player, Time Management, Problem solving, Adaptability and Attention to Details, leaderships skills, Strategic Planning, Multi-tasking, Ability to work on different projects on the same time

Technical Skills : Advanced Excel skills, Microsoft Office, Aigus Developer, InDesign, BlueBeam, Achrobat PRO
