About the role:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Designer with a strong background in POSM. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of brand consistency, the ability to adapt key visuals across formats, and deliver high-quality final artwork across multiple platforms and media types.

What you will be doing:

Design Development

  • Adapt existing key visuals into multiple formats for digital, print, social media, and web.
  • Develop simple yet effective KV concepts tailored for different channels, maintaining consistent brand messaging.


Multimedia & POSM Expertise

  • Design and resize POSM elements such as wobblers, shelf talkers, floor stickers, dividers, and gondola end dressings.
  • Produce artwork for in-store and online promotions, including promotional leaflets and package shots.
  • Create visual assets for seasonal or thematic customer activations (e.g., Ramadan, Eid, Back to School).
  • Develop 2D graphic concepts for customer-specific retail environments under category management strategies.


Brand Adherence & Asset Management

  • Ensure all visual content strictly follows brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
  • Build and maintain a well-organized asset library for future use and consistency across projects.


Additional Skills (Preferred, Not Mandatory)

  • Basic video editing capabilities.
  • Experience or exposure to 3D design.
  • Proficiency in Arabic.


What you need to be great in this role:

  • Proven experience working on POSM with deep technical and practical knowledge.
  • Strong eye for layout, typography, and detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
