Job Description
- Onboard new customers into Cercli platform and manage implementations end-to-end (project management).
- Configure Cercli settings and parameters for each customer.
- Thoroughly support customers with their data migration (advanced Excel / Google Sheet data handling).
- Train new and existing customers on Cercli best practices and latest features.
- Manage existing customer relationships by regularly checking in and anticipating needs.
- Support with product marketing campaigns, communications and customer engagement (Pylon).
- Organize customer events and package deliveries. Manage logistics accordingly.
- Support customers with daily requests (Pylon).
- Create and update how-to guide knowledge base articles (Pylon / Notion).
- Strong English communications skills required. Arabic speaker a strong plus.
