Character Designer

Responsibilities

- Design original art toy figures from concept to final render, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics

- Develop high-quality animations to showcase figures for marketing and promotional purposes

- Collaborate with internal teams to refine concepts and incorporate feedback efficiently

- Prepare production-ready files and assets for manufacturing processes

- Deliver creative solutions within a few hours as required by project timelines

Skills and Requirements

- Proven experience in figure design and animation, preferably within the art toy or collectibles industry

- Proficiency in industry-standard design and animation software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, Maya, or similar)

- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical expertise in both figure design and animation

- Ability to work independently and manage remote project communication effectively

- Excellent time management skills and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines

- Mid-level industry experience required

- Availability for a single project with potential for future assignments
