About the Role-

THC Consulting FZE is hiring a Brand Manager on behalf of one of its clients operating in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and medical aesthetics industry.

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented Brand Manager to lead brand development, strengthen market positioning, and drive product awareness and commercial growth. 

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in brand management within the medical aesthetics, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry, along with a strong understanding of market dynamics, customer engagement, and product marketing.

Key Responsibilities-

• Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives, target audiences, and market opportunities.
• Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and professional channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Product Management: Support product positioning, product launches, lifecycle management, and the development of marketing plans for assigned brands or product portfolios.
• Market Research & Insights: Analyse market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and strengthen brand differentiation.
• Healthcare Professional Engagement: Collaborate on initiatives targeting healthcare professionals, medical practitioners, clinics, and other relevant stakeholders, as appropriate to the product portfolio.
• Content & Communication: Oversee the development of brand communication materials, product presentations, promotional content, and marketing collateral while ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, medical, regulatory, digital marketing, and other internal teams to ensure effective execution of brand initiatives.
• Budget & Performance Management: Manage brand marketing budgets, monitor campaign effectiveness, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and recommend improvements based on performance data.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure marketing strategies, promotional materials, and brand communications adhere to applicable healthcare, pharmaceutical, advertising, and ethical standards.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and other partners to deliver marketing initiatives in line with brand guidelines and business priorities.

Requirements-

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in brand management.

• Mandatory experience in the medical aesthetics, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry.

• Demonstrated experience in developing brand strategies, managing product portfolios, and executing integrated marketing campaigns.

• Strong understanding of product positioning, market analysis, competitive intelligence, and brand development.

• Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven ability to manage marketing budgets, evaluate campaign performance, and drive measurable business results.

• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic business environment.

• Experience engaging with healthcare professionals, medical practitioners, clinics, or other relevant industry stakeholders will be an advantage.
