The Brand Manager is responsible for shaping, strengthening, and elevating the brand image of the company and its product portfolio. This role involves conducting in-depth market research, analyzing brand performance, and leading strategic brand-building initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop product assortments that align with consumer needs and market opportunities. This position requires strong operational oversight, creative brand development, and the ability to drive end-to-end brand strategies that lead to growth and profitability.
Define and communicate brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging across the entire portfolio.
Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints including digital channels, advertising, and in-store experiences.
Oversee retail operations including store management, staffing, and customer service standards.
Develop and enforce standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to maximize operational efficiency.
Monitor retail performance metrics, analyze KPIs, and implement improvement strategies.
Conduct regular store audits and visits to assess compliance and identify areas for growth.
Analyze brand performance metrics and prepare detailed management reports highlighting insights and trends.
Manage relationships with brands, wholesale partners, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Collaborate with brands to identify market trends and consumer insights supporting product development.
Drive strategic initiatives to adapt brand strategy to evolving customer needs.
Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring strategic alignment with brand objectives.
Develop integrated marketing plans to support brand objectives and sales targets.
Oversee advertising, media, PR, and digital marketing efforts to maximize brand engagement.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize investments to achieve ROI targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA preferred.
8–10 years of experience in Retail Brand Management with a proven track record in leading brand strategy.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools.
