We are hiring a skilled Recruiter with strong UAE market knowledge and experience hiring for Retail, IT, FMCG, and Banking roles. The candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, and coordination with hiring managers to ensure timely and quality hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple industries.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting & referrals.

• Screen and shortlist profiles based on job requirements.

• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.

• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide hiring reports.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of recruitment experience in the UAE.

• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

• Experience hiring for Retail, IT, FMCG & Banking sectors is essential.
