We are looking for highly analytical problem-solvers with the ability to design, optimize, and deliver backend systems that can handle complexity and scale.

🚀 What You Will Do

Work directly with the Team Lead & Project Manager on sprint planning and critical decision-making.

Take full ownership of backend features — from architecture to delivery — with accountability for quality and performance.

Collaborate with Frontend Engineers to design intuitive and robust APIs.

Continuously challenge the codebase — refactor, optimize, and introduce improvements to raise technical standards.

Research and apply emerging technologies, bringing intelligent solutions to complex engineering challenges.

🧠 What We Expect (Technical Mastery)

Advanced knowledge in Node.js & TypeScript.

Proven experience with NestJS framework (modular design, controllers, services).

MongoDB expertise — schema design, query optimization, and efficient data handling.

Hands-on experience building and scaling REST APIs.

Solid command of Git/GitHub workflows, CI/CD (GitHub Actions or similar).

Strong grasp of software design patterns and microservices concepts.
