Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sweets Maker who can prepare a variety of traditional and modern sweets with consistent taste, quality, and presentation. The candidate should have good knowledge of mithai preparation, ingredients, cooking techniques, hygiene, and kitchen safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare different types of sweets and desserts.
- Maintain consistent taste, texture, and quality.
- Follow recipes and maintain proper ingredient measurements.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Properly store ingredients and finished products.
- Assist with new sweets recipes and menu development.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain proper stock usage.
