Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead operations at our laboratory furniture manufacturing factory. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in managing production, supervising teams, and ensuring product quality and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production activities in the factory

Manage production schedules and meet delivery deadlines

Ensure high-quality standards and efficient workflow

Supervise factory workers and maintain safety procedures

Coordinate with design and quality control teams
Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in furniture production (laboratory furniture preferred)

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Good knowledge of production processes and materials

Ability to manage teams and solve problems effectively
