The Website Product Manager is responsible for defining and leading the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our core website experiences. The ideal candidate will define product direction, lead cross-functional squads, and be a key voice in shaping our digital experience vision. You’ll be a strong advocate for customer experience, performance, and business value—while building scalable product capabilities.
Accountabilities
Lead the Website Product Strategy: Define and evolve the vision and roadmap for the website across acquisition, shopping, booking, service, and post-purchase journeys.
Own the Web Platform: Partner with tech leads to ensure the website is performant, responsive, SEO-optimized, and built on scalable foundations.
Drive Customer-Centric experience: Champion a test-and-learn culture using qualitative and quantitative insights to guide UX and conversion optimization decisions.
Lead measurable Impacts: Set and track KPIs including engagement, bounce rates, funnel conversion, revenue per visitor, CSAT/NPS, and more.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, analytics, content, brand, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution.
Voice of the Business: Represent web product in business planning forums, presenting to senior stakeholders and balancing strategic and tactical needs.
Education & Experience
7+ years’ experience working in product management with strong analytical skills focused on B2C websites.
Proven success in owning website product strategy and execution at scale.
Deep understanding of conversion funnels, SEO, web performance, A/B testing, and accessibility standards.
Experience working with modern CMS and front-end frameworks.
Strong analytical skills; comfortable with data tools (e.g., GA4, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, especially with marketing, engineering, and executive teams.
Certification in Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner or equivalent is desirable.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment with high ambiguity and ownership .
Recognized as an active team player, with excellent communication and coordination skills as this role requires working with multiple teams across the organization.
Working knowledge and experience with key PSS systems (Sabre, Amadeus etc) is preferred.
