- Play a key role in building an internal culture and communication framework.

Job Description
- Develop and implement a group-wide internal communications strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Create and manage engaging content across internal platforms including newsletters, CEO bulletins, and digital channels.
- Ensure consistent messaging across internal and external communications aligned with business objectives.
- Advise senior leadership on internal communication strategies and employee engagement.
- Lead cultural change initiatives and CSR programs in alignment with group strategy.
- Build strong relationships across departments including HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and Development.
- UAE National with Family Book
- Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in organisational/internal communications.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Proven ability to work with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.
- Creative mindset with a strategic approach to communication.
- Play a key role in building a unified internal culture and communication framework from the ground up.
- Lead innovative communication initiatives that connect employees to the organisations mission and values.
