Job Description

A Training Manager plays a crucial role in an organization by facilitating the development of its workforce through effective training programs. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance and updating of training materials and resources.
  • Monitor and track training program attendance and participation rates regularly.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous learning and professional development among staff.
  • Prepare reports and feedback for stakeholders on training initiatives and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field required.
  • Proven experience as a Training Manager or similar role for at least five years.
  • Excellent knowledge of instructional design and performance management systems.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrable understanding of learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
  • Highly proficient in data-driven analysis and reporting on training initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
