Traffic Marshal

Job Description

• Managing the site entry and exit gates and assisting customers with issuing parking tickets, paying for parking fees, and exiting the mall premises smoothly
• Make sure to keep the traffic flowing and direct cars into available parking spaces.
• Patrol within the malls car park
• Report any incident, such as accidents, unattended belongings, HSE hazards, or customer complaints to the Traffic Control Center / Security Control room
• Protect premises, property, and information
• Report daily to the Supervisor / Team Leader with all daily reports as per procedures
• Ensuring all Policies and Procedures are adhered to at all times
• All Health, Safety, and Environment instructions are to be adhered to at all times
• Operating and monitoring security systems that relate to parking Security
• Control the entry and exit of individuals, materials, and vehicles through the car park.
• Patrol on foot search for any situations or conditions hazardous to the property or safety of persons at a site
• Patrol all outside parking areas as required to ensure vehicle safety and to detect unauthorized persons
• Write appropriate reports as required
  
  

• Require previous car park experience, good knowledge of traffic management
• 3 years of proof of work experience with a minimum of 1 year of Traffic Marshal experience in the UAE
• Education certificate required
• English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good knowledge of traffic management
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Hard working and committed
• Willing to work on a shift schedule
