  • Provide feedback to management on sales trends and customer preferences.
  • Adhere to company policies and industry regulations during sales processes.
  • Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through ongoing training.
  • Prepare and submit daily activity and performance reports to the sales manager.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to persuade and influence others through effective conversation techniques.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a track record of successful closing sales.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is advantageous.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required for this position.
