Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in reaching out to potential customers via phone to inform them about our products or services and persuade them to make purchases. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, building strong client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. This position requires excellent communication skills, a high level of patience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential customers via telephone to present products or services.
  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions to achieve sales targets.
  • Follow up on leads and actively seek out new sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide accurate information about products, offers, and services to clients.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and objections, aiming for resolution.
  • Use sales scripts and product knowledge to enhance sales and customer relations.
  • Record detailed interaction outcomes and customer information in the CRM system.
  • Participate in continuous training sessions to update sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and objectives.
  • Analyze market competition and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to develop effective sales plans and strategies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing is a plus.
  • Proven experience in tele sales or related sales/customer service role.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive ability.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
  • Ability to learn about products and services effectively to describe/explain them to customers.
  • Experience using CRM and telephony systems to manage sales and customer interactions.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a keen attention to detail.
