Technical Project Manager

Role Description

• Project Prospection, Planning, and Definition
• Working with stakeholders to understand project goals, deliverables, and timeline.
• Budget and resources estimation
• Develop comprehensive project plans and ensure their timely execution.
• Define technical requirements
• Project Coordination and monitoring
• Tasks prioritization
• Schedule management
• Report project status
• Tracking project performance, implementing and monitoring KPIs.
• Stakeholder management, keeping all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project
• Set project update routines with the team, collecting feedback, lessons learned, and a status report.
• Risk management
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Identify risks/show stoppers and mitigation actions.
• Budget management
• Create a project procurement plan
• Approval of procurement requests
• Budget review and tracking
• Agreements management
• Request the creation of agreements
• Follow up with suppliers on the milestones and deliverables established by agreements
• Interface Management of Stakeholders within TII Ecosystem:
• ARRC PMO, TII Legal, Procurement, Finance, Logistics, Facilities, etc.

• Background in Marine Robotics
