Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Studies, History, Geography, or related field
• Teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed, or equivalent)
• Advanced English language proficiency (C1 level or higher)
• Minimum of 2 years experience teaching Social Studies in an international school setting
• Experience in teaching British curriculum or international curriculum
• Strong knowledge of social sciences, history, geography, and cultural studies
• Experience in developing engaging lessons that promote critical thinking
• Understanding of differentiated teaching strategies for diverse learners
• Experience in using technology to enhance social studies instruction
• Strong communication skills despite being a non-native English speaker
• Cultural sensitivity and global awareness
• Ability to contribute to cross-curricular initiatives and whole-school events
• Experience in assessment and monitoring student progress in social studies
