Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a pivotal role within the human resources department, responsible for driving the organization's recruitment process. This position involves partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and developing sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will utilize various recruiting tools and methods to identify, attract, and engage top talent. Your role is crucial in promoting the company’s employer brand, enhancing candidate experience, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline to ensure organizational growth and success. This role demands a proactive approach, strong communication abilities, and the expertise to manage multiple projects. You will play a key part in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies that align with business objectives while ensuring adherence to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) guidelines.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates.
  • Conduct screenings and interviews to evaluate applicant qualifications and fit.
  • Effectively manage job postings across various job boards and social media platforms.
  • Build relationships with potential candidates to maintain a talent pipeline for future opportunities.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics to analyze hiring processes and improve efficiency.
  • Attend job fairs and networking events to represent and promote the organization.
  • Collaborate on employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's public image.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
  • Manage the candidate offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruiting efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
