The Automation/ELV Sales Manager is a pivotal role within our company, responsible for leading and managing sales initiatives related to automation and Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems. This position demands a dynamic and strategic thinker who can engage with high-level clientele to drive growth and market share. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of automation processes and ELV technologies, ensuring that our offerings align with the evolving needs of our customers. By leveraging industry expertise and forging strong relationships, the Sales Manager will be instrumental in expanding our client base, enhancing customer satisfaction, and sustaining long-term business objectives. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and quotas.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automation and ELV markets.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, including providing coaching and performance feedback.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure product solutions meet client needs.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Meet with customers and stakeholders to understand and address their requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve targeted revenue goals.
  • Ensure consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and produce timely and comprehensive reports.
  • Participate in industry forums, conferences, and events to enhance company presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field is required.
  • Minimum of five years experience in automation or ELV sales management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strong understanding of automation systems and ELV technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite is required.
