Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Monitor project progress and provide accurate schedule and cost performance reports.
  • Prepare cost estimates, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
  • Analyze variances and identify potential risks and delays; recommend mitigation actions.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and offshore teams for accurate planning data.
  • Ensure all planning and cost control procedures comply with company and project standards.
  • Support project controls reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in project planning and cost control within the oil and gas industry, including offshore project exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of planning and cost control tools (e.g., Primavera P6, SAP, Excel).
  • Excellent understanding of project lifecycle, budgeting, and earned value management.
  • Proven ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
