Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement IEPs: Create and execute Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to meet the specific learning needs and goals of each student.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with classroom teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote an inclusive learning environment and provide necessary accommodations.
Monitor and Assess Progress: Regularly evaluate students' academic, social, and emotional development to adjust teaching strategies and interventions as needed.
Foster Inclusion and Advocacy: Advocate for the needs of students with learning differences, promoting acceptance and equal opportunities within the school community.
