Job Description

You will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the Spa in line with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards, ensuring a balance between guest satisfaction, colleague engagement, and owner expectations. This role requires strong leadership, excellent guest service skills, and a passion for wellness.

As Spa Manager, You Will

  • Lead, train, and motivate the spa team to deliver personalized and memorable experiences.
  • Oversee daily operations, treatment quality, retail sales, and facility upkeep, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
  • Anticipate guest needs, build lasting relationships, and enhance loyalty by creating a sense of connection with the spa.
  • Drive business performance by managing budgets, maximizing revenues, and introducing innovative treatments and wellness concepts.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to design integrated guest experiences and support marketing initiatives to position the spa as a destination of choice.

This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with strong operational and financial skills, a deep understanding of luxury spa and wellness services, and the ability to inspire teams while delivering Hyatt’s promise of care.

  • University Degree or Diploma in Spa Management and/or Hospitality/Tourism Management.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as Assistant Spa Manager in a luxury hotel or wellness facility.
  • Aesthetic qualification in treatments and training is a strong advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
