Senior UI Designer M F D

A leading government-focused innovation organization dedicated to building advanced digital products that enhance efficiency, user experience, and large-scale public service delivery. The team is seeking a Senior UI Designer to elevate the visual quality, consistency, and usability of their digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design polished, intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications based on product requirements and UX direction.
• Translate user flows, wireframes, and specifications into visually consistent and accessible UI components.
• Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems, ensuring cross-product alignment and reusable components.
• Build interactive prototypes to communicate visual behavior, states, and interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
• Review delivered interfaces for quality and alignment with design standards.
  
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• 5+ years of professional experience in UI or visual design with a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital interfaces.
• Expertise in layout, typography, color theory, spacing, and design hierarchy across responsive platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in modern design tools, including component systems, auto‑layout, and prototyping.
• Strong understanding of accessibility principles and inclusive design practices.
• Ability to articulate design decisions clearly and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering visually polished and scalable UI solutions.
