Job Description

Job Overview

This is not a typical business development role. You will be the architect of our client’s supply chain—capital. You will be responsible for two key sides of the business:

  1. The Supply Side: Identifying and securing institutional lending partners and financial institutions who fund the loans.
  2. The Distribution Side: Managing and nurturing relationships with the mortgage providers and loan brokers who are onboarded by our outbound sales team to submit deals.

You will act as the critical bridge between the company’s high-volume sales engine and the external partners (both funders and brokers). Your ability to structure win-win partnerships and ensure seamless operational flow will directly impact the companys ability to maintain its industry-leading turnaround times and continue its upward trajectory.

Client Overview

The client is redefining the landscape of business lending in Australia. As a rapidly growing FinTech company and private lender, they are on a mission to empower Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) by providing access to fast, hassle-free capital. With a groundbreaking technology-driven model that delivers funds in as little as two hours and boasts a 90% approval rate, they are not just participating in the market—they are disrupting it.

Following a massive 200% growth in the first half of the year, they are now scaling their operations to solidify their position as Australias new number one choice for SME finance. To support this explosive growth, they are looking for a high-caliber Senior Manager, Lender & Broker Partnerships to build and manage the network that makes their rapid funding possible.
