Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition, with a focus on attracting top-tier candidates across various levels and functions. Responsibilities include developing innovative recruitment strategies, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will also play a key role in employer branding and promoting a positive candidate experience. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to proactively source candidates.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition vendors.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior recruiters or hiring managers on best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
