Job Description

As a Senior Software Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of connecting cutting-edge software solutions with potential clients. Leveraging your robust experience in sales and deep understanding of software products, you will engage with business leads, negotiate contracts, and ensure the expansion of market share for our solutions. Responsibilities

  • Generate regular sales reports with insights for the executive team.
  • Exceed personal and team sales targets consistently and sustainably.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and competitors in the software industry.
  • Train and mentor junior sales team members to develop their skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of successful software sales experience required.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Strong understanding of the software industry and technical aptitude.
  • Capability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales performance tracking tools is essential.
