Senior SAP Reporting And Analytics Consultant - SAC

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Senior SAP Reporting & Analytics Consultant – SAC for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services.

Please note: This position requires the candidate’s physical presence in the UAE. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available at this time. The selected candidate should be able to relocate and start within one month from offer acceptance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of SAC dashboards, stories, and reports for business stakeholders.
• Implement SAC Planning solutions, including data modeling, planning functions, and allocations.
• Integrate SAC with S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, HANA, and other SAP/non-SAP data sources.
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand reporting requirements and convert them into technical SAC solutions.
• Optimize SAC models and visualizations for performance, scalability, and usability.
• Support predictive analytics and advanced reporting capabilities within SAC.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and security across reporting solutions.
• Provide best practices and guidance for analytics design, data modeling, and visualization.
• Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge sharing within the team.
• Stay updated on SAC product roadmap and incorporate new functionalities into solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 6+ years of SAP BI/Analytics experience, with 3+ years hands-on in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Strong expertise in:
• SAC Story Design and Dashboards
• SAC Planning & Forecasting (models, allocations, predictive features)
• Data Modeling in SAC (live connections, import connections)
• Experience integrating SAC with S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and HANA.
• Solid understanding of SAP data structures (FI, CO, MM, SD, HR, etc.).
• Strong skills in data visualization, storytelling, and user experience design.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
