Senior SAP Data Consultant Data Migration - SQL

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Senior SAP Data Consultant (Data Migration) for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services.

Please note: This position requires the candidate’s physical presence in the UAE. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available at this time. The selected candidate should be able to relocate and start within one month from offer acceptance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead data migration activities from ECC to S/4HANA, including planning, design, development, and execution.
• Design and implement ETL solutions using SAP BODS for extracting, transforming, and loading large datasets.
• Configure and execute data migration objects using LTMC.
• Leverage SQL for data profiling, cleansing, transformation, and reconciliation activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and SAP functional teams to define data migration strategies and requirements.
• Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure completeness and accuracy of migrated data.
• Troubleshoot migration issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth cutover and system go-live.
• Document data migration processes, mapping rules, and best practices for future reference.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants and provide technical leadership within the migration team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of SAP consulting experience, with a strong focus on data migration.
• Proven expertise in:
• SAP BODS (designing ETL jobs, performance optimization, error handling).
• LTMC for master and transactional data migration.
• SQL for data extraction, profiling, and reconciliation.
• ECC to S/4HANA migration projects (greenfield or brownfield).
• Solid understanding of SAP data models across core modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, HR/Payroll).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex migration issues.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging both technical teams and business stakeholders.
