The Senior Quantity Surveyor role is crucial in overseeing all aspects of cost management for construction projects from inception to completion. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale construction project budgets effectively.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills are essential for this role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret numerical data accurately.
• Familiarity with industry-standard construction management and financial software.
• Professional certification from a recognized Quantity Surveyors’ institution is preferred.
