Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the development and management of key products across their lifecycle. This role involves defining product vision and strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving product innovation to deliver exceptional value to customers and the business. The ideal candidate combines deep product management expertise, analytical skills, and a user-centric approach to drive growth and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Vision:
    • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
    • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform product decisions.
    • Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the market.
  • Product Development & Execution:
    • Lead the product lifecycle from ideation, design, development, and launch to post-launch optimization.
    • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate product requirements into actionable plans.
    • Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business impact and customer value.
  • Performance Monitoring & Analytics:
    • Track and analyze product performance metrics, including adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue.
    • Conduct A/B testing, usability testing, and data-driven experiments to optimize product performance.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to executive leadership for strategic decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership:
    • Act as the product advocate across the organization, ensuring alignment with business, marketing, and sales strategies.
    • Mentor junior product managers and contribute to a culture of innovation and excellence.
    • Support go-to-market strategies, product launches, and promotional initiatives.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5–8 years of experience in product management, preferably with digital or tech products.
  • Proven track record of managing complex products through the full product lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau).
