Senior Photographer & Videographer

•      Production  Lead photography and videography team and operations across all of our entities companies — property shoots, events, campaigns, and branded content

•      Concept  Develop creative concepts for video and photo campaigns in line with each brand's identity and campaign objectives

•      Direction  Direct on-site shoots — managing lighting, composition, talent, and timing to deliver high-quality output consistently

•      Editing Own post-production end-to-end — colour grading, video editing, sound design, and final delivery across all required formats

•      Reels & Social Produce short-form video content (reels, stories, clips) optimised for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn

•      Events Cover all company events, brand activations, roadshows, award ceremonies — delivering edited content within in a timely manner.

•      Archive Maintain an organised library of all photo and video assets, properly labelled and accessible to the marketing team

•      Coordination Brief and coordinate with the Creative & Design team on any motion graphics or visual overlays needed for final output

•      5–8 years of professional photography and videography experience, ideally within real estate, luxury, or lifestyle

•      Strong portfolio demonstrating both photography and video production, property, events, and branded content

•      Hands-on with Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve or equivalent

•      Confident operating professional camera equipment, gimbals, and lighting setups

•      Creative thinker who can develop concepts independently, not just execute briefs

•      Organised and deadline-driven, able to manage multiple shoots and edits simultaneously

•      UAE experience preferred, familiar with real estate visual standards and portal requirements

•      Very good english required; Arabic is a plus

•      Driver’s license, car is a plus
